Tax Free Currency Trading

There needs to be tax free currency trading and it should be global, there should be none of that stuff where you get taxed on your income made in foreign jurisdictions either when you make it or when you move it across borders..

As it is the barriers to monetary movement create artificially high costs of doing business.

Currency trading "Forex" can now be done over the internet and is still making some people very wealthy. FOREX is difficult at best in the present market as the Central Banks hide the amount of currency in circulation in an effort to protect their favorite political jurisdictions. This turns currency exchange into a game of peek-a-boo kind of like high stakes poker where you place your bets depending on how well you read the character of the various bankers and politicians.

There were opportunities to do small currency trades in Germany when I was there in the 1950's because of the various exchange rates between occupation currencies and domestic currencies, 4 occupiers and 3 or 4 local currencies. Opportunities changed as governments of the various jurisdictions fixed the rates from time to time in an effort to protect first one market segment then another in order to please various special interests. The rates were different depending on where you bought a currency and where you sold it.

It's not about exploiting anyone.. it's about personal freedom and reduction in inflationary pressure on domestic budgets. If currencies floated without having fixed exchange rates permitting the market to set the values.... oh well! Then the dollar was tethered at $35 per gold ounce and had nothing to do with any kind of real value.. it let the US steal the march on global domination via currency manipulation.

I remember just a few years ago when "E-Gold" was started the great promise it held for personal freedom.. but soon the IRS got involved in an effort to prevent "Money laundering" and "tax evasion" that threw a big road block into any promise the internet held out for monetary freedom.
